Gallery Sofie Van de Velde proudly presents the book launch of 'A dream of thirst', an artist book by Bendt Eyckermans, in collaboration with Posture Editions Update: Due to the current travel restrictions the conversation and live broadcast between Dominic van den Boogerd and Bendt Eyckermans will not take place. The book presentation will still happen in our gallery on the Vlaamse Kaai 74. You are very welcome to join us on 24.09.2020 from 15h - 19h in the presence of the artist. 25.09.20 - 27.09.20 from 13h- 18h. Bendt Eyckermans (b. 1994) is a young Belgian painter who paints everyday scenes from his own life. However, in the process of painting, he transforms reality into a very personal language: figures, landscapes and objects turn into an almost sculptural parallel world.
